• Right to receive an appropriate risk profile and suitability assessment.
• Right to obtain details of the research analyst's SEBI registration.
• Right to receive research without any guarantee of returns.
• Right to grievance redressal and escalation via SEBI SCORES.

E. Investor obligations

• Read all research carefully, including disclosures and risk warnings.
• Share accurate KYC and suitability information during onboarding.
• Understand that research is not a guarantee of return.

F. DOs for investors

• Deal only with SEBI-registered research analysts.
• Pay only subscription fees agreed upon; no additional amounts.
• Keep records of all communications.

G. DON'Ts for investors

• Do not share login credentials or OTPs.
• Do not invest based on "hot tips" — demand research notes with rationale.
• Do not be lured by guaranteed-return promises.
